YOUR SNOW GLOBE EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

  • One enchanting hour inside a private, holiday-themed globe—beautifully decorated and brimming with festive charm. Each globe features its own whimsical style—from Classic Christmas, Winter Wonderland, The Grinch and beyond.
  • Decadent individual charcuterie grazing boxes handcrafted by Let’s Cheese Jax. These tasty treasures come just as they are, no customizations needed. Each setting comes with bottled water.

  • After your globe time, gather around the firepit for s’mores, enjoy a beloved Christmas classic under the stars on our outdoor movie screen, and capture the moment with Christmas-themed photo ops to make your visit truly unforgettable.

How to Reserve

FOR PARTIES OVER 4, MAKE SURE TO ADD ADDITIONAL GUESTS AT THE TIME OF BOOKING

  • Base price – $299 for up to 4 people (taxes and fees are included in the price).
  • Each globe accommodates up to 6 people by adding on additional guests at the time of reservation – $49 per adult or child.
  • Children under 3 are free but will not receive a box unless purchased at the time of reservation.

Owner and creator Rebeca Sobrado crafts decadent charcuterie boards and gorgeous grazing tables for all of life’s special moments. Her boards are meant to spark connection— whether it’s a cozy date night, a girls’ brunch, or a full-on celebration, there’s just something magical about gathering around a beautiful spread. That’s the heart of Let’s Cheese—it’s not just about the food, it’s about the stories shared around it.

Since 1959, Southside Saddle Club has been a nonprofit cornerstone of the local equestrian scene—cultivating connection, camaraderie, and horsemanship for nearly five decades. Set in a peaceful location with plenty of parking, it’s the perfect rustic backdrop for your Snow Globe experience. Every booking helps support the Saddle Club’s mission to build community through inclusive equestrian programs.

  • Each globe seats up to 6 guests comfortably. A reservation includes seating for up to 4 guests to enjoy the experience together. You’re welcome to add up to 2 extra guests—adult or child—for $49 each when booking.

  • All ages are welcome! Children under 3 attend for free, but please note they won’t receive a charcuterie box unless they’re added as an additional guest during booking.

  • No need to order separately — charcuterie boxes are included with your reservation and delivered fresh each day! You’ll also have a dedicated server for your globe to make sure everything is just right during your visit.

  • Our grazing boxes are thoughtfully curated as pre-fixe selections to ensure a smooth and delicious experience for all guests. While we’re unable to offer customizations, we’re confident you’ll love what’s inside!

  • We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled reservation so you can settle in and enjoy the full hour of your snow globe experience without feeling rushed. Guests are welcome to come early or linger afterward to enjoy the fire pit, snap some festive photos, and catch a bit of the outdoor holiday movie magic.

  • Absolutely! You're welcome to bring extra snacks or drinks to enjoy during your time in the globe.

  • Our domes are set up on natural terrain and feature a unique entryway that may pose challenges for guests with physical impairments. We’re working on ways to make future experiences more inclusive and appreciate your patience.

  • All globes will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between seatings. Our staff follows all recommended health protocols to ensure guests celebrate with peace of mind.

  • We understand that plans can change! However, due to the seasonal nature and limited availability of our experiences, we’re unable to accommodate reschedules or cancellations at this time. We appreciate your understanding.

  • We’ll be happy to welcome you whenever you arrive! Please note, though, that your reservation will still end at the originally scheduled time so we can stay on track for the next magical experience. Arriving early helps you enjoy every festive minute!

  • Our cozy snow globes are weatherproof, so you’ll stay warm and dry no matter what the forecast brings—and honestly, a gentle snowfall only adds to the magic! In the rare case of severe weather that affects safety or setup, we’ll work with you to reschedule your experience for another festive day.

  • If any accidental damage occurs, we’ll work with you to find a fair resolution. This may include reimbursement for the affected item. Our goal is always to handle these situations with care and understanding.

  • Alcohol is not served on-site. We ask that all guests enjoy their time responsibly and that celebrations remain respectful and in the spirit of the season.
